The program selected innovation leaders from all departments of the City of Amsterdam,  forming a learning and impact community to approach complex societal issues of the city. Every half a year a new cohort joined the community. They worked with citizens, academics, decision makers, social entrepreneurs, and artists to understand and change the city.
