The Learning Lab developed a two year high potential program with Adviso for AXA tech world wide to enable the next generation to lead the company’s transformation. Central to the program is the connection the current and the next generation of top leadership around strategic breakthrough issues and innovation. The program develops leadership and social innovation capacity in people and the organization, enables self-leading networks and distributed leadership across departments and hierarchies, and directly creates value through strategic initiatives by the high potentials.
