HOW TO HACK THE MATRIX?
Almost the entire European Personal Care team of Unilever came over to the Learning Lab at our Amsterdam creative campus for an experimental Empowerment lab. The main question? How might we enable each other and ourselves to make a difference? With Paul Polman calling for Unilever to make a positive and sustainable impact in the world, and the need for the organisation to tap into all its human potential of talented, engaged, and ambitious people who wish to work from a sense of purpose, the challenge for a large organisation like this is to make that possible.
