An expedition Lab to define the educational vision for Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs (OMO), an organisation of some 35 secondary schools. OMO founded its first schools 100 years ago and have since then opened schools for all types of education. The expedition took the leadership of about a hundred schools to explore the “why” of its education.
We developed a tool in the form of this illustration that asks each school to have its own vision on how it bridges the world of the students and the not yet existing society in which they will live.
